    Great article. I was recently in New York with my youngest (went to a writers’ conference). From our hotel on 42nd, we walked everywhere we went, including Times Square a few times and Central Park. It was a great location. Loved it.

      I heard a joke the other day Guapo: Looking for a break from real estate prices in Broolyn? Shop in Manhattan! Only funny to those who don’t know it’s true. That said, I will always be drawn back. SO wonderful to see you in my comments old friend. xo
